Standard lead time: 45 days from order confirmation for custom die-cut production. Standard catalog shapes ship faster — ask for current production slots.

Air Freight

Fastest option for samples and smaller orders. 5–10 business days door-to-door via DHL / FedEx / UPS.

Sea Freight (FOB)

Most economical for bulk (50,000+ pcs). 25–40 days to major ports worldwide from Guangzhou, Shenzhen, or Ningbo.

Express / Courier

For urgent reorders and samples. Door-to-door in 3–7 business days, fully trackable.

Delivery Lead Times

Estimated lead times have two parts: order processing/production before dispatch, and carrier transit time. All figures are business days after order confirmation and cleared payment.

Sample Kit / Swatch Book
Dispatched within 3–5 business days from stock; courier transit 3–7 business days, with tracking.
Express courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS)
In-stock items dispatched in 2–3 business days; transit 5–10 business days door-to-door, fully trackable.
Air freight
Production 7–15 business days for catalog shapes; air transit 5–12 business days to major airports.
Sea freight (FOB)
Production 20–35 business days for bulk; ocean transit 25–40 days to major ports. Port handling and destination customs are not included under FOB.
Custom die-cut production
45 days from dieline approval and deposit before dispatch; transit then follows the chosen method above.

Estimates exclude customs clearance. Remote destinations, holidays, and peak seasons may add 5–10 business days. We notify you of any delay before dispatch, and every shipment includes tracking.

Incoterms We Offer

  • FOB Guangzhou / Shenzhen / Korea / Japan — base pricing, buyer arranges freight.
  • CIF / CFR — insurance and freight included to your destination port.
  • DDP — door-to-door, duties and taxes handled for qualifying regions.

Estimated Shipping Costs

For custom configurator orders, estimated shipping is calculated by order size:

  • Up to 10,000 pcs — free (courier)
  • 10,001 – 50,000 pcs — flat $800
  • 50,001 – 200,000 pcs — flat $2,500
  • 200,000+ pcs — sea freight, quoted individually

Packaging

Substrates ship in moisture-protected, export-grade packaging with kraft master cartons. Custom branding, private labels, and retail-ready packaging available on request.
